Salon Policies
Appointments
Please arrive on time for you appointment to ensure you will receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
If you no-show on your appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services.
We understand things happen last minute so let us know as soon as you can!
Color Appointments
Color services do not include a blow dry. If desired, a blow dry appointment must be scheduled separately and should be requested at the time of scheduling all color services. For those clients who choose no to schedule a blow-dry appointment , we do offer a self blow-dry station that is fully stocked with hairdryers, brushes, and styling tools.
If you are not satisfied with your service we would like the opportunity to fix it at no additional cost to you. You must call within this timeframe of receiving your service.
Haircut- 7 days
Hair Color - 14 days
Product Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any product that you purchased at The Color Bar, please return within 14 days to receive a Color Bar salon credit.
Memberships
If you do not use your membership in a month they roll over and never expire during your membership. Memberships are non-transferrable and can only be used by The Color Bar member. Billing is on the first of the month and can be suspended or cancelled at any tie. Extra charges may apply for longer and thicker hair.
Children
We welcome children but because of many dangers present such as such implements and chemical products, children are oly permitted in the service area only if they are receiving any service.
